PRICING & PACKAGES

The perfect package for your next event

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

Our rental fee includes a three-hour minimum for your event, two hours beforehand to set-up

(extra set-up time is $100 per hour, if available), one hour after your event for clean up,

the use of our tables and chairs, access to the warming kitchen, and two security guards

- one in the parking lot and one in the event venue on the 11th floor.

Additional hours available at half-price but must be purchased seven days in advance of the event.

Of course, rental pricing is higher during holidays or late night hours.

 

You have the freedom to choose your own caterer, bartender, DJ, and most vendors. We do not provide chafing dishes or food warmers but have some items for rent, such as DJ Booth, linens, bar setups, 360 videobooth, Mirror X photobooth, furniture, etc., under the tab labeled 'Rentals'.

 

In addition to the rental fee, there is a $250 refundable security deposit. The deposit will be refunded within 5 business days of the conclusion of your event, as long as the venue is left in the same condition it was received and there are no other rental agreement defaults.

If you cancel your event and choose not to reschedule, you will forfeit your deposit.

All credit and debit cards will be assessed a 3% processing fee.

We have 20 each of the following tables: 60" rounds, 6 ft. rectangular, and 31" highboy tables

We have 125 champagne Chiavari chairs with ivory seat cushions. Floor plans are due one week in advance of your event.

Friday, Saturday, or Sunday

$1,750 with a 3-hour minimum 

(Extra time available at $300/hr)

Day events MUST END AT OR BEFORE 4:00 pm

Night events MUST BEGIN AT 8:00 pm (or no later than 9:00 pm)

Monday through Thursday

$1,300 with a 3-hour minimum

(Extra time available at $250/hr)

Weekday 3-hour events = $750

(must end by 3 pm & $150 for each extra hour)

 

Additional hours MUST be purchased

a week before the scheduled event!
