What's Included:
- 12-Hour Venue Access
- 6 hours for setup, 4-hour event, and 2 hours for cleanup
- Customized Floor Plans
- Tables and chairs are included in the rental and shall be positioned in accordance with the floor plan submitted within the agreed-upon timeframe.
- Ceremony Seating
- Up to 125 ghost Chiavari chairs arranged in rows in the Lake Room
- Reception Setup
- Up to 13 tables and 125 champagne Chiavari chairs in the Skyline Room
- Jazz Suite
- Available for 12 hours, featuring 4 hair and makeup stations, 6 dressing rooms, and a lounge area (key provided)
- Blues Suite
- 12-hour access, with a private VIP area for the groom/spouse, a lounge, and a designated space for the pastor/officiant (key provided)
- Bar Facilities
- Use of the Bar Room in the Skyline Room and mobile bar in the Lake Room for cocktail hour. (Of course, bartenders and liquor are not included)
- DJ Booths
- Available in both the Lake Room and the Skyline Room
- Warming Kitchens
- Two warming kitchens with three ice machines, two microwaves, sinks, and two refrigerators for convenient catering support
- Security
- Two armed security guards on-site during the event for safety and assistance

NO SUBSTITUTIONS ALLOWED: Due to the exceptional value of this comprehensive wedding package, no substitutions are allowed. The package is offered at a set price, even if certain spaces are not used. Refunds or price adjustments for unused areas are not available. If this package does not align with your needs, please consider exploring our other packages to find a better fit. Additional decor and other enhancements are available for purchase upon request, but the package price remains firm.

More Info
~ Of course, rental pricing is higher during holidays.
~ You have the freedom to choose your own caterer, bartender, DJ, and most vendors.
~ We do not provide chafing dishes or food warmers but have some items for rent, such as tablecloths, a wedding arch, furniture, daiquiri machines, etc., which is listed under the tab labeled 'Rentals'.
~ In addition to the rental fee, there is a $500 refundable security deposit. The deposit will be refunded within 5 business days of the conclusion of your event, as long as the venue is left in the same condition it was received and there are no other rental agreement defaults.
~ All credit and debit cards will be assessed a 3% processing fee. There are no fees if you pay via Zelle, checks, or money orders.
~ Table choices include 60" round tables, 6 ft. rectangular, and 31" highboy tables
~ We have up to 125 champagne Chiavari chairs with ivory seat cushions for the Skyline Venue.
~ We have up to 125 Chiavari ghost chairs for the ceremony in the Lake Room with no cushions but white cushions may be rented.
~ The warming kitchens both come equipped with a microwave, a refrigerator, double sink, counterspace, and small ice machines.
