- Skyline Room: Accommodates up to 125 guests with champagne Chiavari chairs, 60-inch round tables, 6-foot rectangular tables, and 31-inch cocktail tables
- Lake Room: Up to 80 ghost Chiavari chairs, 8 round 60-inch tables, 5 six-foot rectangular tables, and 5 cocktail tables
- Bar Facilities
- Skyline Room: Bar Room includes two bartender stations, 4 daiquiri machines available to rent, two ice machines, liquor display shelves, chandelier fans, ice chest, and a 14-foot bar.
- Lake Room: Mobile bar available for use with an ice chest
- DJ Booth
- Skyline Room: Mobile DJ booth with a 55” TV for showcasing slideshows or videos of the guest(s) of honor, plus one special effects DJ light
- Lake Room: Mobile DJ booth available with one special effects DJ light
- Warming Kitchen
- Equipped with an ice machine, microwave, sink, and refrigerator for catering support

- Two armed security guards on-site during the event for safety and assistance
